AIDS Walk Peel

Sunday, September 21, 2003
Brampton City Centre
AIDS Walk PEEL is a 6 kilometer fundraising walkathon now in its 9th Year. It will be held on Sunday, September 21st at noon starting and ending at Brampton City Hall. AIDS Walk Peel benefits the Peel HIV/AIDS Network, which services the City of Mississauga, City of Brampton, Town of Caledon and all other villages and towns in the Peel Region. With over 100 people last year, AIDS Walk raised over $16,000 for PHAN’s services. This year our ultimate goal is to increase the number of walkers and to double to amount of funds raised. AIDS Walk Peel is a great day of fun, food, prizes and a feeling of accomplishment for the money raised for PHAN. The Walk is a 6 kilometer walk through some of Brampton’s parkland, and is entirely wheelchair accessible. Cyclists, skateboarders, joggers, walkers, and dogs are all welcome. Call 416-568-6572 for more details.
